Sandra Fowler

Sandra Fowler is the Client Payroll Manager at Sommerville & Associates, P.C. and has 15 years of experience consulting with churches and other nonprofits regarding tax and payroll issues. She has her Bachelor of Science in Business from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington. Sandra achieved the status of Certified Public Accountant in 2008 and became a Certified Payroll Professional in 2020 under PayrollOrg. Previous speaking experience includes The Church Network, Shelby Systems Conference, and the Ultimate Financial and Legal Conference. She is also on the Board of Contributing Writers for Paytech, the monthly magazine provided for PayrollOrg members.
