Brent Johnson
Brent grew up in the Dallas area in a Christian home with two younger sisters. He was at church every time the doors were open.
Brent received a bachelor’s degree in speech/telecommunication from Baylor University and a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Brent has served in churches all over Texas, including Dallas, Kingwood, and Pearsall; and one in Atlanta, GA. Brent has enjoyed a diverse ministry working with students, A/V media, music, and —his favorite — adult education. Currently, Brent serves at Houston’s Champion Forest Baptist Church as Pastor to Biblical-Literacy, Senior Adults, Deaf Champion (ASL), Evangelism, and Prayer.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, Holly, and they have twin daughters who are in college.
Brent enjoys hiking, biking, shooting/editing video, and woodworking. Most of all, he enjoys studying God’s Word and teaching its Truth to those following Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
